30 days from delivery
Stock items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
As delivered condition
To be eligible for return, products must be in "as delivered" condition.
All documentation included
Returns must include all documentation that arrived with your piece.
Custom orders
Custom orders are not returnable unless deemed defective. Every custom piece is made specifically for you, so we review renderings, measurements, and stone details with you before production begins.
